Putnam Investment’s Human Resources Department kicked off their open enrollment with a fresh new look to increase employee participation. Introduced a flexible and friendly system of icons for each type of employee benefits — health, insurance, investments, and work/life — that were also used to create visually fun logos for the different benefits events.
